Why I Became An IRCM Supporter

I have been working with Case Managers for three years. I provide proofreading services, copy for websites, CV improvements, other correspondence and presentations as well as IT support and guidance as needed. In fact my Case Managers use me for a lot of services.

Over the past three years I have really got to know what Case Management is and how transformative it can be for clients and their families.

I know how busy Case Managers are and how they need to know that who they are using for their proofing understands some key elements of their role.

  • Privacy - it is of the utmost importance that client's details are never shared or disclosed. My Case Managers are taken through my privacy procedures for full peace of mind. This information can also be found on my website here.

  • Time - As I mentioned I know how busy Case Managers are and how time sensitive work can be. I offer a 24hr turnaround service for those last minute reports.

  • Terminology - 3 years of proofing for Case Managers means you don't have to explain common acronyms and terminology to me. I also don't waste time having to look them up!

My Case Manager clients have all been through recommendations, a testament to the service and relationships I have built up over the years; it is also important to recognise that Case Managers want to work with someone who 'gets it.' This has then led me to join the IRCM supporters community.

By signing up to the community I am not only able to offer my services directly to Case Managers but also to assure them that I, like them, am fully committed to upholding the highest standards for clients.

The IRCM website puts it best:

I am so proud to be an IRCM supporter, I am proud to work with some amazing Case Managers and I am looking forward to working with more!
